1.              The competition opens on 21st October 2022 and closes at 12.00pm 30th November 2022. After this date, no further entries will be accepted. 

2.              To qualify for the competition entrants must: be a KinPin; have three Spaces on Kin; with at least three people in each. Three Spaces comprised of the same people in each Space will not count.

3.              Entries will not be accepted via any other means of submission (for example, but not limited to, via email or social media messaging) or any other format (for example, but not limited to, submitting an image).  

4.              By submitting an entry, all entrants, including those who are not winners, give Kin the right to use that for all further marketing purposes, on Kin’s website and social channels.

5.              There is 1 prize available: $300 Amazon voucher 

6.              One winners will be chosen - qualifying KinPins will be identified by Kin. A winner will be selected at random and contacted via email. Kin’s decision is final. 

7.              There is no obligation for any winner to purchase Kin. 

8.              The prizes will be delivered via email within 28 DAYS of the winner being announced. Winners will be notified on email and asked to email Kin to receive the prize.

9.            One entry is permitted per household. 

10.           In the case that more than one entry is submitted per household, the first entry will be counted. 

11.           No bulk or third-party entries. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule by, for example, the use of brute force, script or any other automated means, that person's entry will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void. 

12.           Employees of Kin or anyone professionally associated with the brand, including agents, suppliers, key sub-contractors and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Please note that immediate family refers to parents, spouse, siblings, grandparents and children. 

13.           We reserve the right to substitute any of our prizes for equal or greater value. 

14.           No cash alternative is available. 

15.           The winner will be chosen at random and notified via email on 30th November 2022. The decision of Kin is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition winners. 

16.           The winner will be chosen at random on the 30th November 2022.  

17.           The winner’s names will be announced across Kin’s social channels. 

18.           If the winner fails to provide their details within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen. 

19.           Neither the promoter or promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for; 

19.1                Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion. 

19.2                Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof. 

19.3                To the fullest extent allowed by law, any loss or injury resulting from promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize. 

19.4                The promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure. 

20.           You must be over 16 years of age to enter. 

21.           The promoter may at any point before, during or after the promotion ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport, to verify an entrant's age and residency. If an entrant is unable to provide such documents, they will be excluded from the competition and will forfeit any prize that has already been allocated or awarded to them, without compensation.
